What is the coolest part of your job?<\/h6>\n

Being able to experience this unbelievable variety of companies and HR topics in different projects. Every day is exciting.<\/p>\n

Which HR topic do you enjoy the most?<\/h6>\n

It is the diversity that appeals to me the most! Working with executives and designing custom solutions for the challenges is one of my favorite things to do. Since I studied psychology, I also like to deal with personality diagnostics and development coaching based on it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Which\u00a0personality (historical or famous) would you like to meet?<\/h6>\n

There are plenty of people I would like to meet.\u00a0What impresses me most are the people who fight for their beliefs and do what they think is right.\u00a0That would be for me, e.g. Helga Kromp-Kolb or Richard David Precht on environmental, climate and animal protection or Klaus Maria Brandauer, who impressed me as an actor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Which book had an influence on you?<\/h6>\n

I have four at once, all from Joachim Meyerhoff. His (mostly) autobiographical novels are funny, sad and exciting at the same time. My personal favorite one is\u00a0\u201eWann wird es endlich wieder so, wie es nie war.\u201c (\u201cWhen will it finally be the way it was never again?\u201d)<\/span><\/p>\n

You get a wish for free! What do you wish for?<\/h6>\n

In light of recent events, I wish for humanity\u2019s realisation that it is essential to protect the earth and the climate as our livelyhoods.<\/span><\/p>\n
